                               NOTICE OF RESULTS                               

Further to the notification made on 19 October 2007, the Company announces that
the annual audited accounts to 31 July 2007 will not be finalised in time to
send to shareholders by the end of December 2007.

The Company now intends to publish its annual audited accounts by 31 January
2008 in accordance with AIM Rule 19.
