US Home Entertainment distribution 
 
 
Entertainment Rights wishes to update the market on its plans for US Home 
Entertainment distribution. 
 
 
 
 
US Distributor 
 
 
On 8 January 2009 the Company announced that it was evaluating its business 
partnership with Genius Products LLC ("Genius"), the Company's primary North 
American DVD distributor. Genius has not yet paid certain trading and advance 
fees due to the Company and has otherwise failed to perform in accordance with 
its distribution agreement. The Board has now terminated its contract with 
Genius and will transfer its North American business to a new distributor.  The 
Board continues to consider that some or all of amounts owed by Genius may be at 
risk and the Company continues to pursue all of its available legal remedies. 
 
 
Deborah Dugan, Chief Executive Officer, commented: 
 
 
"We are disappointed that Genius has chosen not to honour its commitments under 
our contract with them. We are confident of concluding arrangements with a new, 
well known, distributor in a timely manner who we believe will offer the Company 
the scale and quality of distribution meriting of our popular home entertainment 
products. "
