The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JB on 6 August 2014 at 11.00am. Copies of the notice of AGM and form of proxy are appended to the annual report and accounts.
