                TEP Exchange Group plc ("TEP" or "the Company")

                      Trading agreements with IFA Portals


TEP, which has developed and operates, through its FSA regulated subsidiary
TEP-Exchange Limited, an Internet enabled electronic trading platform for the
Traded Endowment Policy market ("the TEP Exchange") announces that the TEP
Exchange has entered into agreements with Misys IFA Desktop Solutions Limited
and Assuresoft Limited (both subsidiaries of Misys plc), to provide direct
access to the TEP on-line trading exchange platform for Independent Financial
Advisers (IFAs) registered for these services.

Misys IFA Desktop Solutions Limited provides web services to 3,000
intermediaries and Assuresoft has over 15,000 intermediaries registered for its
Assureweb Portal. TEP Exchange already provides services to the Exweb IFA
portal, part of Marlborough Stirling PLC (a FTSE 250 company) and this
additional agreement gives TEP Exchange direct access to the two principal IFA
portals in the United Kingdom, which reach the majority of the UK IFAs.
