CARLISLE GROUP DIVIDEND TIMETABLE

Belize City, Belize, September 24, 2007.  Carlisle Group Limited (London: CXG)

(the "Company" or "Carlisle") announces that further to its proposed dividend,
to be satisfied by either a transfer of shares in Shellshock Limited ("
Shellshock") or a cash payment, declared on 12 September, 2007, the following
timetable is being implemented. The associated ex-dividend date is 26 September,
2007 and the record date is 4.30pm on 28 September, 2007 ("Record Date"). The
Company is placing shares in Shellshock to investors outside of the United
States, including those shares which arise from fractional entitlements arising
from the dividend distribution and those Shellshock shares which would otherwise
have been distributed either to US shareholders in Carlisle or to small
shareholders in Carlisle. The number of Shellshock shares to be placed with
placees will be determined once the number of Shellshock shares that will be
distributed to qualifying Carlisle Shareholders on the Record Date is
ascertained.
