The Company was informed on 21 September 2006 that Jeremiah Francis Linehan
had purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.05 per cent. of
the ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 54p per ordinary share
on 21 September 2006.

Following this purchase Jeremiah Francis Linehan
and persons connected to him are interested in 20,000 ordinary shares,
representing 0.05 per cent. of the ordinary share capital of the Company, all of
which are held beneficially.
