The Board of Chariot announces that on 4 October 2007 the Company received
formal notification from Barclays PLC that, as at 3 October 2007, Barclays
Stockbrokers Ltd had an indirect interest in 4,385,641 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company representing 6.18% of the current issued share capital
of Chariot.
