Ward, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 337,307 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company on 16 February 2009 at a price of 3.85 pence per share, 250,000 Ordinary 
Shares in the Company on 20 February 2009 at a price of 3.75 pence per share and 
250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 23 February 2009 at a price of 4 pence 
per share. Following these transactions, William Ward's total beneficial 
interest in the Shares of Clipper Ventures is 8,427,243 Ordinary Shares,
