                          Exercise of Convertible Loan 
 
Chromex  Mining  plc  has  received  notification  from  the  Langa Trust of the 
exercise  of  its  option  to  subscribe  for  Chromex  Shares in respect of the 
outstanding  principal and  accrued interest  under the  Langa Trust Convertible 
Loan, all as described in the offer document dated 18 October 2010. 
 
Application has been made for 9,423,451 new ordinary shares in the Company to be 
admitted  to trading  on AIM.  The new  ordinary shares  rank pari  passu in all 
respects  with the existing  shares.  It is  expected that admission will become 
effective  and that dealings in the  9,423,451 new ordinary shares will commence 
on 20 December 2010.
