In accordance with FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Company advises
that following the the issue of 975,000 new shares on the exercise of warrants
during May 2007, its issued share capital now comprises 107,534,985 common
shares of no par value. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, BDI Mining Corp. under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules
