Supplementary Prospectus dated 12 January 2022 (the "Supplement") relating to the GBP10,000,000,000 multicurrency programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds, with Thames Water Utilities Finance plc as the issuer and Thames Water Utilities Limited and Thames Water Utilities Holdings Limited as the guarantors (the "Programme").
