ArgentVive, the AIM quoted e-commerce group announces that it was notified on 20 June 2008 that, on 17 June 2008, Mr. S Van Tran sold an
interest in 25,000 ordinary shares held through a Contract For Difference ("CFD") at a price of 15 pence per share. Mr. Van Tran, a senior
company employee, now holds 1,621,086 ordinary shares directly and a further 289,084 ordinary shares indirectly through his CFD position,
representing, in aggregate, a holding of 4.64 per cent. of the Company*s issued share capital.
