Preferred Shares Programme 
The Board of Directors of Oil Insurance Limited, Bermuda (the "Company") 
approved a programme relating to the Company's issued and outstanding Series A 
perpetual preferred shares, par value US$1.00 per share (the "Preferred 
Shares"), listed on the Official List and admitted to trading on the London 
Stock Exchange.  Under the programme, the Company may, from time to time, cause 
repurchases of Preferred Shares, if any, to be made on its behalf depending on 
market conditions.
