Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 1 October 2015 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by AB Sveriges Säkerställda Obligationer (publ) (The Swedish Covered Bond Corporation) ("SCBC") of EUR750,000,000 0.375 per cent. Covered Notes due 5 October 2020 (Extendible to 5 October 2021) (the "Notes") pursuant to its EUR10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Covered Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 18 June 2015 and the supplement to it dated 11 August 2015 relating to the Programme (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC (as amended, including by Directive 2010/73/EU). Full information on SCBC and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms.
