Further to yesterday's announcement entitled Planned Fund Raise, the Company wishes to confirm that it intends to proceed with a placing of new ordinary to raise a minimum GBP100,000 at a price of 40 pence per share. Subscribers to the placing will also be issued one warrant for each ordinary share exercisable at 40p within three years of issue.

SulNOx is an Enterprise Investment Scheme qualifying company and qualifying subscribers would receive their EIS certificate (against their placing shares) following their investment.

Lifting of suspension.

As a result of this announcement, trading in the Company's shares will resume this morning.
