Martin International Holdings PLC (the "Company") was informed today that
Michael Kidd, Chairman of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 20p
each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.88p per Ordinary Share. Following this
purchase Mr Kidd is interested in 527,298 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.73 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
