Harbor Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) previously announced it intention to adjourn its December 14, 2007 stockholders meeting until Friday December 21, 2007.

 

On December 20, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing its intention to further adjourn its stockholders meeting, without conducting any business, until Monday, December 31, 2007.

 

A copy of the press release is attached as an Exhibit to this report.
