Air Partner PLC

                                 Trading Update

Despite the continuing adverse effect of the worldwide slow down in corporate
air travel, Air Partner, the global corporate aircraft charter broker, today
reports improved trading since 7 January 2003.

The difficult global situation has affected Air Partner both positively and
negatively: the company has experienced a net increase in sales, notably from
offices in continental Europe and the US, whilst the UK market has remained
static.

At the operating level, the business mix is extremely fluid, with each territory
seeing differing effects across a range of market sectors. Whilst, the net
effect is positive, the increasingly competitive environment has negatively
affected margins. The lack of predictability within the industry remains an
issue.

This year's figures, due to be released in October, will be helped by careful
cost control across the company and the re-alignment of the US business.
Consequently, the Group is anticipating reporting results above the City's
current expectations for the year ended 31 July 2003.

David Savile, Group Managing Director of Air Partner PLC commented:

"Despite the appalling aviation environment over the past 9 months, I am pleased
to report that the company continues to grow its sales. Not surprisingly, in a
weak market, our margins have slipped in certain areas. But, our strategy
remains on track as we focus on extracting every opportunity we can. The Air
Partner team has yet again demonstrated that our business model remains robust
and valid."
