Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On December 1, 2022, Purebase Corporation issued a press release announcing that it entered into a non-binding term sheet with Arelac, Inc., doing business as Fortera Corporation, for a commercial plant agreement. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
