Form 10-K for iSign Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) could not be filed within the prescribed time period because the final review of financial statements by all parties was incomplete, and could not be completed timely without unreasonable effort or expense. While there can be no assurances, the Company is working to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K on or before the fifteenth calendar day extension provided by Rule 12b-25.
