--Spain's Iberdrola has agreed to sell 49% stake in 500 megawatts of renewable assets in the Iberia region to Norges for EUR250 million, Cinco Dias reports, citing financial sources.

--The deal would bring their shared portfolio to 1.8 gigawatts, according to the Spanish newspaper.

--In January, the Norwegian sovereign-wealth fund agreed to pay EUR600 million to Iberdrola for a 49% stake in a 1.3 GW renewable-energy portfolio.
