This action takes place after Vivatone recently received approval from the Assistive Devices Program set forth by the Ontario Provincial Government. On January 21st of this year HearAtLast and Vivatone commenced operations in a joint venture by which the companies opened the first U.S. based HearAtLast clinic in The Villages, Florida. HearAtLast currently owns and operates 18 hearing clinics co-located in Wal-Mart Stores, Wal-Mart Supercenters, and Sam�s Clubs in Canada in addition to the stand-alone clinic in The Villages, Florida.
