(1) These shares are held directly by Satellite Overseas (Holdings) Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is owned by IRM Trust. Dr. Rajiv I. Modi is an executive officer and director of Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and a trustee of IRM Trust. Mr. Amitabha Banerjee is an executive officer of Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and a trustee of IRM Trust. Therefore Dr. Modi and Mr. Banerjee could be deemed to control IRM Trust, Cadila Pharmaceuticals (directly) and Satellite Overseas (Holdings) Limited (indirectly).
