Racing Capital Inc. ("ARC"), (OTC:ARGC), a consulting group
dedicated to motor sports sponsorship development and racetrack
acquisition and design, announced today that it has signed a Letter
of Intent (LOI) to acquire 100% of Driving Concepts International
Inc. (DCI), a company that provides unique, entertaining and
educational driver training events. The acquisition of DCI will
further expand the Company's core competencies by adding a high
performance driver-training component. DCI offers advanced driver
education and training programs for both the general public and
racecar enthusiasts of all driving skill levels. The public courses
teach driving survival skills from skid control and accident
avoidance to high-performance driving, which further refines
driving skills and/or develops basic racing skills. For aspiring
racecar drivers, there are Racing Schools which prepare them for
competition and Drifting Schools which teach the advanced technique
