Nightingale Grants Options to Certain Directors

MARKHAM, ON, June 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Nightingale Informatix
Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company") , an application
service provider (ASP) of electronic medical record (EMR) software
and related services, on April 3, 2012 granted 75,000 options to
each of two directors of the Company pursuant to the Company's
employee stock option plan (the "Plan"). Each option under the Plan
is exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.30 per
option. The options granted have been approved by the Board of
Directors and are due to expire on April 2, 2017. Certain options
granted are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Plan has been approved by the Company's shareholders. About
