                                  Board Change

Aukett Group Plc, the International Architects Designers and Engineers,
announces that Andrew Lett will step down as Deputy Chairman and will leave the
Group at the Company's financial year end on 30th September 2003.

Mr Lett joined the Aukett organisation in 1976 and has been a member of the
Board of Aukett Group Plc since its flotation in February 1988. In his positions
of Managing Director, Executive Chairman and latterly Deputy Chairman, Mr Lett
has played a significant leadership role in the development of Aukett and its
recognised brand, from a single UK based office into a Europe based organisation
doing business throughout the UK and continental Europe.

The Board has greatly valued Mr Lett's contribution over the past twenty six
years and wishes him well in the future.
