On February 20, 2024, Vestis Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.035 per common share payable on April 4, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2024. Vestis Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

ATLANTA, GA, Feb. 20, 2024 – Vestis (NYSE: VSTS) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.035 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2024, and is expected to be paid on April 4, 2024. The amount and timing of any future dividend payment is subject to the approval of the Company's Board of Directors.
