Line 24-cup muffin pans with paper cupcake liners; set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer, combine all ingredients at low speed until moistened. With mixer at medium beat 2 minutes, scraping down sides. Evenly spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. PLUS 1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Cinnamon 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 1 tsp. milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch round cake pan. Arrange biscuits in prepared pan. Spread with 1 tablespoon Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Cinnamon. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. On wire rack, cool 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in small bowl, blend remaining 1/4 cup Spread, sugar and milk until smooth. Evenly spread frosting on biscuits and serve immediately. Serves: 8 Preparation Time: 10 Minute(s) Cook Time: 8 Minute(s) HONEY BAKED RIBS 4 servings Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 1 Hour 1/2 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Honey 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup ketchup 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar 2 Tbsp. white vinegar 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce 2-1/2 to 3 lbs. baby back ribs or spareribs Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small saucepan, melt Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Honey over medium heat and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 minutes. In bottom of broiler pan, without rack, arrange ribs. Pour sauce over ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until ribs are done, basting once with sauce. With knife, slice between ribs and toss with sauce in bottom of pan. HONEY CREAM FROSTING 3 cups Prep Time: 5 Minutes 1 container Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Honey 1 box (1 lb.) confectioners sugar 4 ounces cream cheese, softened In large bowl, with electric mixer on low speed, beat all ingredients until smooth, scraping down sides. Increase speed to high and beat 2 minutes or until fluffy. Use to frost two 9-inch layer cakes or cupcakes. For best results, refrigerate frosted cakes for at least 1 hour before serving. *T
