I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs” or the “Company”), in order to report that on this date Mr. Federico José Basualdo Richard, who was appointed Regular Director by the Company’s Annual General and Special Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 5, 2022, submitted his resignation to the position as from August 16, 2022, due to personal reasons.
In this connection, we inform that the above mentioned resignation will be considered by tgs’ Board of Directors in its next meeting.
