Holdings Limited ("Taomee" or the "Company") (NYSE:

company, announced today that Mr. Owen
Quan Zhou will resign his position as vice
president of human resources for personal reasons, effective
December 31, 2014.
Mr. Benson Haibing Wang, Taomee's co-founder and chief
executive officer, commented, "Since joining Taomee in July 2011, Mr. Zhou has made significant
contributions to the development of our Company and has provided
valuable guidance. We appreciate Mr. Zhou's contributions and wish
