The complaint alleges that during the class period defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business, operational, and compliance policies. On November 8, 2012, the Company announced it would restate its previously filed financial statements for the years 2009 and 2011, interim periods of 2011, and the first and second quarter of 2012.
