Record Date for Voting Rights and Dividend
LG. Display Co., Ltd. (NYSE symbol: LPL) will close its shareholders registry from January 1, 2024 until January 15, 2024. The shareholders that are registered in its shareholders registry as of December 31, 2023 will be entitled to exercise their voting rights at the annual general meeting of shareholders and to receive dividends for the 2023 fiscal year. With respect to holders of American Depositary Shares (the “ADSs”), Citibank, as Depositary under the Deposit Agreement dated July 22, 2004 entered into between LG Display Co., Ltd. and Citibank N.A. (the “Deposit Agreement”), will set the record date in respect of holders of ADSs as of December 31, 2023, pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Deposit Agreement.
