Item 8.01. Other Events.

The Board of Directors of Janus International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) has established June 24, 2024 as the date of the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2024 Annual Meeting”). The 2024 Annual Meeting    will be virtual, conducted exclusively by means of remote communication. The record date for stockholders eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting was set for May 1, 2024.
