Shares of Xerox Holdings Corp. are trading are trading lower Thursday, following news HP Inc. rejected a $35 billion takeover bid, calling the offer too low.

At 12:51 p.m. EST, Xerox shares had lost 6.11%, to trade at $31.63. The stock opened at $32.42 and had traded as high as $32.67 earlier in the session.

Shares of HP are also trading lower, losing 1.06% to trade at $21.37. The stock opened at $21.08 and had been as high as $21.70 earlier in the day.
