On February 2, 2022, Lument Finance Trust, Inc. issued a press release announcing certain preliminary, unaudited estimates of its financial condition and results of operations for the three months and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
