Poage Bankshares, Inc., (the “Registrant”) has determined that it will be unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014 by the due date of March 31, 2015 due to delays in finalizing the XBRL presentation of the information contained therein. The Registrant believes it will be able to file the Form 10-K before the fifteenth calendar day after the prescribed due date for the Form 10-K.
