14:25 ET -- Google parent Alphabet is one of the most mentioned companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Google is selling access to its artificial-intelligence technology and entering several partnerships to bring that technology to additional consumers. General Motors and Google Cloud will offer more artificial intelligence in GM vehicles and explore future uses for generative AI. Theme-park operator Six Flags will work with Google Cloud on generative artificial intelligence and roll out new AI-powered offerings, including a virtual assistant that will be integrated with the company's app and park websites.
