Nezperce School District is the first to use Access Idaho’s PayPort service to process credit and debit card payments online

The Nezperce School District now provides the option to pay some school-related fees online with credit and debit cards, thanks to Access Idaho’s PayPort secure payment processing service.

“We are excited to offer a way for parents and legal guardians to pay for school registration and lunch fees online,” said Marci Stapleton, Nezperce School District Business Manager. “We have found PayPort to be cost-effective and easy to use. More and more people prefer paying online when it’s convenient for them, rather than taking time to go to the school.”

The school district accepts any credit or debit card displaying a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo.

The partnership between Nezperce School District and Access Idaho operates under a self-funded model in which no tax dollars or district funds are used to develop or maintain the service.

Nezperce School District is the first school district in Idaho to implement Access Idaho’s PayPort payment service. In addition to PayPort, Access Idaho manages the state’s official Web portal, idaho.gov, and specializes in online government applications.
