DURA Automotive Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:DRRA), announced today that John Noll has joined the company as vice president and corporate controller. Noll brings 30 years of financial expertise in corporate and public accounting to DURA Automotive. Noll will be responsible for all aspects of DURA's accounting, financial controls and external reporting requirements. He will also lead the company's continuing implementation of accounting shared services in both North America and Europe. Noll reports directly to Keith Marchiando, DURA's vice president and chief financial officer. "John brings proven leadership abilities, strong cost control experience, and a deep understanding of accounting and finance that will be a true asset to our team," said Marchiando. Previously, Noll served as assistant vice president and corporate controller for SCI Systems Inc., a leading global electronics manufacturing service company with almost $10 billion in annual revenues. During his nearly 20 years at SCI, Noll was responsible for all planning, coordination and leadership of corporate accounting and consolidated financial reporting for the firm's global operations. Prior to that, Noll spent 11 years in public accounting, most recently as a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young in Chicago.
