provider of compressed natural gas (CNG) for vehicular fuel and

in Xi'an, China, today announced that Mr. Qinan Ji, the Company's
CEO and Chairman of the Board, will ring the ceremonial NASDAQ
stock market closing bell on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009 at 4:00 pm ET
at the NASDAQ Market Site in Times Square, New York City. Other
members of management, including Veronica Chen, CFO of the Company,
and Fang Zhang, Vice President and Secretary of the Board, will
also be joining Mr. Ji in celebration of the ringing of the closing
