     On November 27, 2007, the Boardwalk Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, the date of its special meeting of shareholders in connection with its proposed merger with Cape Bancorp, Inc. The press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, is incorporated herein by reference.
