                                 Contract Wins

In the last three weeks DF Blanchard (Salisbury) Ltd, the Building and
Maintenance Division of AIM quoted The Wigmore Group Plc, has secured over #1.1m
of new contracts.

Of the four contracts concerned, three are for existing client Testway Housing
Ltd and total #0.6m. These contracts, which are already underway and will take 6
months to complete, include internal improvements and the fitting of kitchens in
existing properties.

The fourth is a new contract with a private architect, worth in excess of #0.5m.

These orders, which far exceed expectations made by Wigmore's management at the
time of Blanchard's acquisition two months ago, illustrate its potential.
