                            ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
     
The structural changes outlined in our March statement have been successfully
implemented.  These changes included the introduction of specially designed
cages, which have reduced handling time and improved the accuracy of routing,
along with the move to a full hub and spoke operation for all of our products.
These changes will reduce our cost base further whilst the associated
redundancy programme has now been completed.

Discussions regarding possible mergers continue.  The Board accepts that there
is a need for rationalisation within our industry and we believe that these
talks may begin this process.  However, in the past four weeks we have seen a
decline in our volumes.  It is too early to say whether this is a trend or a
temporary situation.  This is being evaluated and an update on both these
items will be made shortly.
