Calgary, Alberta - May 23, 2018 - Touchstone Exploration Inc.
("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX / LSE: TXP) announces the
commencement of its Non-Executive Director Share Purchase Plan (the
"Plan"). The Plan is designed to encourage non-executive directors
to invest in common shares of the Company and to allow the Company
to provide common shares as an incentive to directors through the
Company's contribution.
All non-executive directors are eligible and encouraged to
participate in the Plan. In accordance with the Plan, the Company
will match director's common share purchase contributions to a
maximum of $10,000 per annum.
Five non-executive directors took part of the Plan and purchased
Company common shares on May 18, 2018 at a price of $0.27.
