Travelzest PLC today announces that, further to the announcement made on 23 July 2013, Jonathan Carroll has today resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with immediate effect. As previously announced Adrian Cobbold, Group Finance Director, will assume responsibility for the day to day operations of the business, supported by Christopher Howell, in his capacity as non-executive chairman, and Nigel Jenkins and the rest of the board.
