Germany's TUI AG (TUI1.XE), a holding company with assets in tourism and shipping, said Tuesday that it has canceled all tours to Egypt and Tunisia until the end of February.

The cancellation also applies to trips to the Red Sea, which the travel company previously canceled until Feb. 14.

The company is offering free re-booking for customers with departures to Tunisia and Egypt up to mid-April.

TUI owns around 55% of U.K-listed TUI Travel PLC (TT.LN) and a 43.33% stake in container shipping company Hapag-Lloyd AG.
