      PTT POST AND OCE FACILITY SERVICES DECIDE AGAINST JOINT VENTURE

Following mutual consultation, Mailprofs, part of Royal PTT Post B.V., and Oce
Facility Services (OFS), part of Oce Nederland B.V., have decided against their
intended joint-venture for the provision of general and technical services for
(electronic) document handling.  In June this year, both parties announced they
would be investigating the possibilities of combining their specialist
knowledge.

Whilst negotiating the finer points of the intended agreement, both parties
concluded that a joint venture would not fully meet their respective strategic
objectives.

Mailprofs and Oce have decided to continue to operate independently.  However,
in light of the complementary nature of their activities, the possibility of
future cooperation on a project basis cannot be excluded.

Mailprofs is market leader in the provision of (electronic) document handling
services with more than 650 specialised staff members at 160 sites.
