Board Changes

TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or "the Company"), the AIM
listed provider of "white label" person-to-person ("P2P") betting exchange
systems today announces the appointment of Mr Paul Burgess, aged 34, as Chief
Financial Officer and the resignation of Mr Andrew Tottenham as Chairman with
immediate effect.

Roger Mitchell, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, commented:
 

"We are pleased to announce that Paul Burgess has today been appointed to the
Board as Chief Financial Officer and will also act as Company Secretary. Paul, a
qualified CA, joins us from a senior financial position in the leisure
industry. 


The Board would also like to thank Andrew for his commitment to the Company, his
support of his colleagues and for his professional and diligent approach. During
Andrew's period of office he guided the Company through the strengthening of the
senior management, the development of the new strategic plan, and the
consolidation of the business which culminated in the subscription announced on
5 August 2004."


Andrew Tottenham commented:


"I have enjoyed working with the Company during this period of significant
change. I believe that the recent re-organisation allied to the subscription
have been key in preparing the business to be able to support sustained growth
in the future and to enable the Company to become the premier provider of
exchange systems. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with management and
the Board to bring the company to this position but due to my other commitments
I can no longer devote the time required. I wish the Board and Management every
success in the future."
