                       Investment Management Arrangements

At the time of the announcement of the interim results on 27th November 2006, it
was announced Strathdon had entered a statutory consultation period with its
investment managers, which was likely to result in redundancies.

This period of consultation has now finished. I am delighted to announce that
David Hudson will remain with Strathdon as the Chief Investment Officer,
dedicated to leading the portfolio. Steve Burton will remain with the Company on
the investment team for the next six months.

Michael Low will be leaving Strathdon at the end of December 2006. I would like
to thank Michael for his outstanding contribution to the business over a number
of years.
