The Company was today informed, in accordance with the provisions of Section 198
of the Companies Act 1985, that Fidelity International Limited and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries now have a notifiable interest in 480,819 ordinary
shares of 42.5 pence each - 3.78% of the issued share capital. (Previous
notification 523,839 - 4.11%)

Fidelity International Ltd is a parent holding company for various direct and
indirect subsidiaries including Fidelity Investment Services Ltd and Fidelity
Pension Management, investment managers for various non-US investment companies
and institutional clients. The notifiable interest is also the notifiable
interest of Mr Edward C Johnson, a principal shareholder of Fidelity
International Ltd.

The notifiable interests include interest held on behalf of authorized unit
trust schemes in the UK, notwithstanding the exemption from reporting pursuant
to Section 209 (1)(h) of the Companies Act 1985.
